i'm desperate for parsley inspiration. it grows like crazy here all year round. my #1 green edible thing on the farm, just ahead of arugula. this pic is of my bachelor...
night dinner. my wife does not eat flesh from animals with feet. eggs do not have feet yet so she eats them. fish she eats. crabs might throw you off but she loves to eat them. no one describes crabs as having feet. they are claws. flesh filled claws are delicious, i agree. dairy comes from tits of footed beasts, but not at the expense of the beast's life. so my wife is good with milk and cheese. neither my wife or son eat corned beef, though my son is delighted to eat most footed animal flesh.
a efficient way to blow thru handfuls of parsley is to make pesto. i add a little anchovy. very tasty with taters and corned beef
