Guess I've become a cheap bastard...my father's day plan was to smoke some baby back pork ribs. Miso glazed ribs on the Weber Torpedo (a trusty weapon for the porkaterian). I'll get over my mini-rant soon, OK?. Baby-back ribs at our local supermarket (aka King's)... ...were priced in the $25-30 range per rack. I typically cook two at a time. I'll wait till they're on sale. So I grabbed a 6 dolla chicken drumstick multi-pack instead! And some Hempler's bacon. I brined the legs overnight then wrapped them in bacon with a sage leaf for good measure. Smoked for about 7 hours. Finished off with barby sauce and onion. Goddamm!
