so for this lightning quick meal i warm up leftover jasmine rice, raid my stash of vac-packed madras lentils, and chana masal (from trader joe's or...). bean-ey indian fare though others'd work. prepare condiments...
warm tortilla, smear with sour cream, creme fraiche (or in this case cream cheese) and go for it!
