but hey i live on a island, near canada. and kressi is the best vinegar on earth. but it's hard to find.
so far i've found that you have to mail order it by the case (google swiss favorites). when i first started dating my wife i was intrigued by her bottle of vinegar from switzerland, so i smelled it first (wow spicey) and then poured a little in a shot glass and sipped, not knowing i had just started a habit. this is a sipping vinegar. it's that good. and on salad with olive oil and pepper. even better a vinaigrette with dijon mustard and tahini.
